Collection in the shop is always possible and free of charge.
Within Belgium, you can choose delivery to a pickup point (€5.40 – free from €55)
or home delivery (€7.10 – free from €70).
For delivery to the Netherlands, shipping costs €10.90
(free from €100).
For delivery to France, shipping costs €16.30
(free from €150).

We ship orders every business day. Orders placed before 12 noon are usually shipped the same day. Orders received later are shipped the next business day.

You can return your order within 14 days after receipt. Items are only accepted if they are unused and in their original condition. After receiving the returned item, the refund is processed within 5 to 7 business days.  Return shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer..
